I was born in New York City but moved to Puerto Rico while I was still a child. While in Puerto Rico I attended InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico where I completed degrees in Political Science and Administration. Around this time I married and moved with my husband to Florida. I decided politics and law were not for me so instead enrolled in the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale were I completed an Associates degree in Fashion Design. This is when I discovered my life’s true love, Art. I was interested so much in making a great outfit for the catwalk but instead the process of designing my portfolio, that’s what really grabbed me. A few years later I attended a Life Drawing class, one of the most incredible experiences of my life, and I realized this was what I was meant to do, so I was going to do it. |

I am always searching and experimenting with and within my art. I like to let the paintings happen nudging them where I think they should go, while allowing the paint and medium to guide me. I have been selling my work through a number of different venues over the past couple of years and many customers of mine in the US and Europe have been collecting my work.
