July Nudes: Lush and Lively -- Guest Curator, Della Clason Sperling is an art historian, art appraiser and art lover. Ms. Sperling is Research Director and writer for the exhibition, "The Legacy of Ferdinand A. Brader," Canton Museum of Art, Ohio, to open December 2014. She received her doctorate in art history from Columbia University and has been curator, researcher and writer for historical art shows and publications. These include the Metropolitan Museum of Art [NYC], the Frick Collection [NYC], Whitney Museum of American Art [NYC], as well as curator and juror for contemporary shows including A.I.R. Gallery [NYC], Douglass College Art Gallery [NJ], and three times previously for Barebrush.

Artworks making their calendar debut: 14. Eight artworks are being retired, having now appeared in three calendars: DIPTYCH C-4/5 (F&B) by Tom Morgan of Vancouver, Canada; Man Looking Away by Emily Stedman of New York, NY; " Wonderwoman" by David Michael Hollander of NY; Ursula by Tina Johnston of NY; Marie Leatitia by Stephanie Fuller of New York, NY; Saturday Night Daydream by Robin Kappy of New York, NY; Surrender 2 by Terry Hinkle of St. Louis, MO; Chrystelle by Geoffrey Stein of New York, NY.
Art for this calendar comes from 14 states, Russian Federation and Canada.

Each of the artists selected for the calendar receives two (2) complimentary listings. Five artists, indicated by asterisks (
*), are nominated for the Curators Choice Awards. Curators’ Choice nominees receive 8 additional complimentary listings. The top three artists receive additional prizes.

*de win one (1) complementary listing for their artists. Winners announced August 1st.
