Title: Old Elliott and the hopeful fountain

Desc: This tall slash pine was festooned with spanish moss and long, bright clumps of yellow needles. I call him, Old Elliot because his latin name, pinus elliottii, is a new one to me, and the name makes it easy to remember.

Josh and I painted together for the first time on 12/31/16 at The Ringling, Sarasota. The perfect subject for a new start.
